About CECI.studio
CECI (Continuous Evaluation Continuous Ideation) is a tool that can help you to ideate, capture needs, features, goals and requirements, evaluate and iterate them and then publish the outcomes.
It is intended to be used across the design and specification part of a initiative where you may have already completed a Discovery phase, but are trying to determine what solutions can best address your customer and business needs before you commit to a course of action.
CECI.Studio is a cloud based solution using a QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Matrix built on Azure and targeted at professionals requiring secure cloud based solution. CECI.app is its sister application, but is a simpler free version that is available "on device" only and available on iOS or Android. It can be used for product discovery, tender evaluation (RFI, RFP or RFQ) or any type of complex multi-dimensioned evaluation.

Features

Admin
The account holder who is able to create projects.
Project (Ideas)
The number of projects you can create is dependent upon your plan (see below). This is either 5, 10 or 20 projects.
Secure Cloud Storage
All project information is securely stored in the Cloud. Individual projects can be export and imported using the JSON format.
Idea Summary
This is a Lean Canvas type input content which is created to start the process.
Feature (Customer and User Needs)
The customer outcomes, needs, features or requirements that are created in for the initiative. These may also be defined as User Stories. Each proejct can save up to 100 Features.
Goals (Business Needs)
The business outcomes, strategic objectives or needs and may typically represent items such as acquisition, cost savings, time to market etc. You can save up to 10 Goals.
Evaluators
The contributors and/or those that are evaluating the importance of what is being created from their specialist area. There a 5 evaluators for Features/Goals and 5 for Solution evaluation. Note tyhat content is manually entered by the facilitator.
Options
The potential solution options that are being assessed. Up to 5 options can be assessed.
Export and Import Project (JSON)
The ability to export your project as a JSON file so that you can archive your project and archive your project
Export Project (PDF or CSV)
The ability to publish your project as a PDF or CSV. Note that this is a non-archival approach and the exports can not be reloaded
Export Project (tab)
The ability to export the current tab that you are working on as a CSV file so that you can use this content else where
Help
Support information imbedded in the tool. Anywhere in the tool you see an you can access help content for support
Formats
CECI.Studio is a progressive web app and can be used on any format using a recent browser. You can also save the app to desktop to provide an app like experience
